An air freshener device, comprising: a) a carrier with a pair of tabs defining a gap therebetween, wherein each tab of the pair of tabs defines an inward facing surface facing toward the gap and an opposite outward facing surface;b) a center tab extending from the pair of tabs defining a front face of the carrier and defining a longitudinal axis along which the center tab extends from the pair of tabs;c) each of the pair of tabs extending laterally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the center tab in opposite directions;d) each of the pair of tabs having a lateral width greater than a longitudinal depth;e) at least one scented body secured to an outward facing surface of a scented tab of the pair of tabs, the at least one scented body having a desired scent interspersed within a material of the body and diffusible out of the material of the body over time to provide the desired scent;f) the at least one scented body extending laterally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the scented tab in opposite directions; andg) the at least one scented body having a lateral width greater than a longitudinal depth. 2. The device in accordance with claim 1, further comprising: each of the pair of tabs and the at least one scented body being arcuate and extending in an arc;the front face being convex; andthe carrier having a concave back. 3. The device in accordance with claim 1, further comprising: at least one air flow passage formed between the at least one scented body and the scented tab, and having a forward opening and a rearward opening. 4. The device in accordance with claim 1, wherein the at least one scented body extends above or below the scented tab of the pair of tabs. 5. The device in accordance with claim 1, wherein lateral ends of the carrier and lateral ends of the at least one scented body are tapered with forward ends of the carrier and the at least one scented body are wider than rearward ends of the carrier and the at least one scented body. 6. The device in accordance with claim 1, wherein an outermost exterior surface of the at least one scented body has an arcuate profile taken along the longitudinal axis and perpendicular to the lateral width of the at least one scented body. 7. An air freshener device, comprising: a) a carrier with a pair of tabs defining a gap therebetween;b) a center tab extending from the pair of tabs defining a front face of the carrier and defining a longitudinal axis along which the center tab extends from the pair of tabs;c) each of the pair of tabs extending laterally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the center tab in opposite directions;d) each of the pair of tabs having a lateral width greater than a longitudinal depth;e) a pair of scented bodies, wherein each scented body of the pair of scented bodies is carried by a different respective tab of the pair of tabs, the pair of scented bodies having a desired scent interspersed within a material of the bodies and diffusible out of the material of the bodies over time to provide the desired scent;f) each of the pair of scented bodies extending laterally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the respective tab in opposite directions;g) each of the pair of scented bodies having a lateral width greater than a longitudinal depth;h) the lateral width of each of the pair of scented bodies extending substantially the lateral width of the pair of tabs;i) each of the pair of tabs and each of the pair of scented bodies being arcuate and extending in an arc;j) the front face of the carrier being convex face;k) a back of the carrier being concave;l) at least one air flow passage formed between each scented body of the pair of scented bodies and the respective tab associated with each scented body of the pair of scented bodies, and having a forward opening and a rearward opening;m) the carrier having a thickness between outermost surfaces of the pair of tabs and perpendicular to the lateral width of the pair of tabs that is less than a thickness defined between outermost surfaces of the pair of scented bodies and perpendicular to the lateral width of the pair of scented bodies;n) lateral ends of the carrier and lateral ends of the pair of scented bodies being tapered with forward ends of the carrier and the pair of scented bodies being wider than rearward ends of the carrier and the pair of scented bodies; ando) an outermost exterior surface of each of the pair of scented bodies having an arcuate profile taken along the longitudinal axis and perpendicular to the lateral width of the pair of scented bodies.
