The chassis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the friction assembly comprises a bushing and a fixing component passing through the bushing, the bushing is fixed to the first casing by the fixing component and comprises a central portion and a wing portion extending along a radial direction of the central portion, and the second friction portion is located on the wing portion. 3. The chassis as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first surface is an inner surface of the second casing facing away from the first casing, the central portion and the wing portion are located beside the inner surface of the second casing, and the second friction portion faces toward the inner surface of the second casing. 4. The chassis as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bushing further comprises a connection portion extending along the axial direction of the central portion and a gasket portion connected to the connection portion, the connection portion is located in the track, and the gasket portion is located between the first casing and the second casing. 5. The chassis as claimed in claim 4, wherein the track comprises a first width and a second width, and the second width is greater than the first width. 6. The chassis as claimed in claim 2, wherein the wing portion has a recess or a notch. 7. The chassis as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bushing comprises a positioning pillar inserted into a positioning hole of the first casing. 8. The chassis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the track is in an arc shape, and the first friction portion is disposed along the track to exhibit an arc-shaped profile. 9. The chassis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first surface is an inner surface of the second casing and the first friction portion is a protrusion protruding from the inner surface of the second casing or the first friction portion is a rough surface whose roughness is greater than a roughness of the inner surface. 10. The chassis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first surface is an inner surface of the second casing and the first friction portion is a protrusion protruding from the inner surface of the second casing and wherein the protrusion has a plurality of heights protruding from the inner surface of the second casing. 11. The chassis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first friction portion is located near the track.
