A motorcycle including a frame to which an internal combustion engine is associated, from which internal combustion engine at least one exhaust pipe of combusted gases departs, the exhaust pipe having an open terminal, the frame mounted on a front wheel and a rear wheel, a control board or unit included, for controlling torque produced by the engine and other parameters such as velocity of the vehicle and spatial position thereof with respect to the road surface. The motorcycle including a system to verify when the front wheel of the motorcycle detaches from the road surface during acceleration. The system includes a choke for partializing the section of the exhaust gases outlet area from the exhaust pipe, during partialization. The partialization obtained as a function of the torque produced by the engine and the position of the front wheel with respect to the road surface.

A motorcycle comprising: a frame to which an internal combustion engine is connected, from which internal combustion engine at least one exhaust pipe of combusted gases departs,the exhaust pipe having an open terminal portion, said open terminal portion having a longitudinal axis (A), the exhaust pipe having an outlet area of exhaust gases from said exhaust pipe,said frame being mounted on a front wheel and a rear wheel,a control board or control unit being included, for controlling a torque produced by the engine and the velocity of the motorcycle and the spatial position of the motorcycle with respect to the road surface,a system able to verify when the front wheel of the motorcycle detaches from the road surface during an acceleration, wherein the system comprises choke means for partialising a section of the outlet area of exhaust gases from said exhaust pipe, the partialisation being obtained as a function of the torque produced by the engine and the position of the front wheel with respect to said road surface to enable increasing thrust on the motorcycle of the combusted gases in outlet from the exhaust pipe and opposing tendency of the front wheel to lift,wherein said choke means are part of a partialising device located at the terminal portion of the exhaust pipe, said partialising device having a body fixed to said exhaust pipe and to the frame of the motorcycle or said partialising device being an integral part of said exhaust pipe. 2. The motorcycle of claim 1, wherein the choke means partialise the outlet area of the exhaust gases in a uniform and symmetrical way with respect to the longitudinal axis (A) of the exhaust pipe, at the same time causing the flow of combusted gases to converge towards said axis (A) during the partialisation. 3. The motorcycle of claim 1, wherein the choke means are mobile from and towards the longitudinal axis (A) of the exhaust pipe, an actuator for moving the choke means being provided, connected to and commanded by the control board or control unit of the motorcycle as a function of the torque produced by the engine. 4. The motorcycle of claim 3, wherein said choke means comprise a plurality of wings fixed at a first end thereof with respect to the above-mentioned longitudinal axis (A) and mobile with a second end thereof towards and from said longitudinal axis (A), said wings being arranged about said longitudinal axis (A). 5. The motorcycle of claim 3, wherein said actuator is a hydraulic actuator, a mechanical actuator or comprises a linear electric motor. 6. The motorcycle of claim 3, comprising detecting means able to detect a displacement of said actuator to detect a position of the choke means, said detecting means connected to the control board or control unit of the motorcycle. 7. The motorcycle of claim 1, wherein said control board or control unit is connected to sensors present on the motorcycle. 8. The motorcycle of claim 1, wherein said control board or control unit is connected to sensors present on the motorcycle, said sensors selected from the group consisting of accelerometers, velocity sensors, potentiometers present on a suspension of the motorcycle, sensors able to detect the movements of the motorcycle in space, sensors relating to ignition of fuel in cylinders of the engine, and injection parameter sensors of the engine. 9. A motorcycle comprising: a frame to which an internal combustion engine is connected, from which internal combustion engine at least one exhaust pipe of combusted gases departs,the exhaust pipe having an open terminal portion, said open terminal portion having a longitudinal axis (A), the exhaust pipe having an outlet area of exhaust gases from said exhaust pipe,said frame being mounted on a front wheel and a rear wheel,a control board or control unit being included, for controlling a torque produced by the engine and the velocity of the motorcycle and the spatial position of the motorcycle with respect to the road surface,a system able to verify when the front wheel of the motorcycle detaches from the road surface during an acceleration, wherein the system comprises choke means for partialising a section of the outlet area of exhaust gases from said exhaust pipe, the partialisation being obtained as a function of the torque produced by the engine and the position of the front wheel with respect to said road surface to enable increasing thrust on the motorcycle of the combusted gases in outlet from the exhaust pipe and opposing tendency of the front wheel to lift,wherein the choke means are mobile from and towards the longitudinal axis (A) of the exhaust pipe, an actuator for moving the choke means being provided, connected to and commanded by the control board or control unit of the motorcycle as a function of the torque produced by the engine,wherein said choke means comprise a plurality of wings fixed at a first end thereof with respect to the above-mentioned longitudinal axis (A) and mobile with a second end thereof towards and from said longitudinal axis (A), said wings being arranged about said longitudinal axis (A),wherein said choke means are part of a partialising device located at the terminal portion of the exhaust pipe, said partialising device having a body fixed to said exhaust pipe and to the frame of the motorcycle,wherein the first end of each wing is hinged to the body of the partialising device, the wing cooperating with a pusher organ having a first end hinged to the wing and a second end external of said body, an opening being afforded in the body through which the organ reaches a respective said wing, the above-mentioned second end being hinged to an element solidly constrained to an annular body positioned externally of said body, mobile along the body parallel to the longitudinal axis (A) of the exhaust pipe and directly subject to the action of the actuator for moving the choke means, said annular body moving all the wings present inside said body of the partialising device towards and away from the axis (A). 10. The motorcycle of claim 9, wherein the choke means partialise the outlet area of the exhaust gases in a uniform and symmetrical way with respect to the longitudinal axis (A) of the exhaust pipe, at the same time causing the flow of combusted gases to converge towards said axis (A) during the partialisation. 11. The motorcycle of claim 9, wherein the actuator is a hydraulic actuator, a mechanical actuator, or comprises a linear electric motor. 12. The motorcycle of claim 9, wherein said control board or control unit is connected to sensors present on the motorcycle, said sensors selected from the group consisting of accelerometers, velocity sensors, potentiometers present on a suspension of the motorcycle, sensors able to detect the movements of the motorcycle in space, sensors relating to ignition of fuel in cylinders of the engine, and injection parameter sensors of the engine. 13. The motorcycle of claim 9, comprising detecting means able to detect a displacement of said actuator to detect a position of the choke means, said detecting means connected to the control board or control unit of the motorcycle. 14. The motorcycle of claim 15, wherein the choke means partialise the outlet area of the exhaust gases in a uniform and symmetrical way with respect to the longitudinal axis (A) of the exhaust pipe, at the same time causing the flow of combusted gases to converge towards said axis (A) during the partialisation. 17. The motorcycle of claim 15, comprising detecting means able to detect a displacement of said actuator to detect a position of the choke means, said detecting means connected to the control board or control unit of the motorcycle. 18. The motorcycle of claim 15, wherein said control board or control unit is connected to sensors present on the motorcycle. 19.
