The system of claim 6, wherein the stator has an inner surface defined by an inner diameter, and the stator defines a chamber formed on the inner surface, the chamber configured to house the electromagnetic coil. 8. The system of claim 7, wherein the stator is a first stator, and the system further comprises a second stator independently configured to drive the rotor in response to receiving power. 9. The system of claim 8, wherein the first stator is connected to the second stator. 10.
