Ⅳ. 연구개발결과
수관적층식 표고버섯 재배법은 기존 균상재배법에 비해 입식량과 소득이 3배 정도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 발이개체수가 적어 솎음작업이 불필요하며, 2~4주기 버섯 발생을 위한 물주기 작업이 자동화되어 작업시간이 대폭 감소되었다. 또한 봉지당 생산량은 균상재배가 높았으나, 버섯 품질은 발이개체수가 적고, 버섯 배지간의 균사결합으로 인한 상호작용으로 상품량이 많은 적층식 표고버섯 재배법이 높게 나타났다. 다만, 적층식 표고버섯 재배법이 초기시설비용이 판넬식버섯재배사 1동(99㎡)당 15백만원 정도 더 소요되었

수관적층식 표고버섯 재배법은 기존 균상재배법에 비해 입식량과 소득이 3배 정도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 발이개체수가 적어 솎음작업이 불필요하며, 2~4주기 버섯 발생을 위한 물주기 작업이 자동화되어 작업시간이 대폭 감소되었다. 또한 봉지당 생산량은 균상재배가 높았으나, 버섯 품질은 발이개체수가 적고, 버섯 배지간의 균사결합으로 인한 상호작용으로 상품량이 많은 적층식 표고버섯 재배법이 높게 나타났다. 다만, 적층식 표고버섯 재배법이 초기시설비용이 판넬식버섯재배사 1동(99㎡)당 15백만원 정도 더 소요되었다. 적정 수분 관수량을 설정시험 결과 관수시간을 1분 30초로 설정할 때 배지 오염율이 낮고, 버섯 상품율이 높았으며 총 상품수량도 1~4주기 합계 583g으로 가장 생산량이 높았다. 하지만, 배지 내 비타민 B2, 비타민 C, 수용성 칼슘을 농도별로 처리하여 버섯 내성분량 변화를 확인한 결과 비타민 등 영양성분을 관주하더라도 표고버섯은 흡수량이 많지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 비타민C의 경우 전혀 흡수하지 못하는 것으로 사료된다.

The study was conducted to develop stacked shiitake cultivation apparatus by using water pipes and its application for high quality mushroom production of Lentinus edobes cultivation in order to increase farm incomes.
The shiitake sawdust cultivation can escape from such as changes in temperature, humidity and weather, and constructs artificially growing conditions with the occurrence of mushroom, and generates an annual raw shiitake mushrooms. however, the level of mushroom cultivation technology is low, the quality of the mushroom is reduced, the proportion of manual labor is high, the labor force requires significant. it is necessary to technology that allows automation of work watering medium inundation and water injection by needle for the development of mushroom production stage, in particular, to reduce the labor force.
The stacked shiitake cultivation apparatus by using water pipes, it is possible to make efficient use of cultivation space. in addition, cultivation management is easier in the water supply of an appropriate amount.
The stack-type shiitake cultivation apparatus by using water pipes is formed by a water supply unit for supplying water to the water pipes and perforated water pipes at regular intervals for the water supply to the mushroom mediums.
Manufacturing process of the stack-type shiitake cultivation by using water pipes is divided into three stages : Procedure to install the base, Step of laminating as close contact with each other inoculating mushroom mediums, Procedure for water supply into inoculating mushroom mediums by using perforated water pipes.
We investigated ratio of sales production and contamination rate of medium according to the watering time to set the appropriate amount of water suitable for shiitake cultivation made with stack-type shiitake cultivation apparatus by using water pipes. when the watering time set to 1 minute and 30 seconds, 8 percent of medium contamination rate, 94% ratio of sales production, a quantity 154g, showed better results than the watering another time.
It was confirmed that the component quantity in mushrooms is changed in irrigated vitamin B2, C, and calcium in the medium to take advantage in the development of functional mushroom. the untreated control plot was detected content of vitamin B2 0.171mg/100g, calcium 2.131mg/100g. however, vitamin C was not detected.
Results were treated with a concentration of 10, 100, 1000ppm of vitamin B2, C, and calcium, the ingredient content in mushrooms is not increased. therefore, even if the injection of nutrients such as vitamins, shiitake mushrooms do not absorb, respectively.
In comparison with conventional cultivation, were compared and profitability operating costs of stacked shiitake cultivation method by using water pipes. the laminated cultivation method is possible to grow 21,840 bags/100㎡, the mushroom bed cultivation method can be cultivated 7,200 bags/100㎡ based on the four stages. the laminated cultivation method, production volume is about 500g per medium, mushroom bed cultivation method is about 600g. the stacked cultivation method, at 54,166,000 won, revenue has been found to be income of about three times from a mushroom bed cultivation method 18,180,000 won high.
In addition, because mushrooms generation population is small, the work to be thin is not required, working watering for 2~4 cycles mushrooms genesis because it is automated, the work time is significantly reduced.
Production volume of the bag per was higher than in the stacked cultivation is mushroom bed cultivation. however, the quality of the mushrooms was higher lamination cultivation method that allows adjustment of the generation number of individuals compared to the mushroom bed cultivation method.
The initial equipment cost of stacked cultivation method was higher about 18 million won per panel-type mushroom cultivation facilities(100㎡) compared to the mushroom bed cultivation method.
