□ Purpose&Contents
The study goal is to development of Aging Preparation and Adaptation Program for the Future Silver Generation(Task 1), To development of customized programs for the silver generation(Task 2), To development of a healing farm model and field application for the health promotion and successful aging of the silver generation(Task 3), To development of cultivation methods and management tools and application to the field for the mobility disadvataged(Task 4). Task 1 surveyed about 150 prospective retirees (government, public institutions, etc.) to investigate the types and problems of Pre-Retirees and their perceptions of Agro-healing. The effectiveness assessment was then conducted through the establishment and application of target customized program criteria. Guidelines for establishing, applying, and utilizing support directions were presented to develop a model for employment and start-up of Pre-Retirees targets. Task 2 is to analyze health care and preference activities for each type of silver generation, and to analyze health characteristics according to the experience of participating in the silver generation's garden; Application and effectiveness analysis of Agro-healing programs for preventing lifestyle diseases, application and effectiveness analysis of Agro-healing programs for cognitive health, and developed contents to support the healing agriculture activities of the Silver Generation. The Task 3 shall be field investigation of domestic and foreign healing farm components, welfare and agricultural-related systems and resource exploration and development of composition standards, expert review, model creation, usability evaluation, and guidelines were developed. The tasks 4 were explored and evaluated, developed, applied on-site, utilization evaluation, and design improvement for cultivation methods and management tools suitable for the mobility disadvantaged.
□ Results
Task 1 developed a Agro-healing program that reflected the results of the survey of pre-retirees(government, public institutions, etc.) and conducted field application for effectiveness evaluation. As a result of the application of the program, after participation, the systolic blood pressure was reduced from 130.24 mmHg to 122.38 mmHg, and the relaxant blood pressure from 78.01 mmHg to 76.02 mmHg. In the Korean version of life quality evaluation, the pre-average increase from 76.14±3.70 to 88.42±4.10. And statistical analysis showed significance. The model of employment and start-up for the pre-retirees generation is divided into technology and environment securing types according to the type. The curriculum and support directions were established according to the required competencies. The Task 2 is base on the analysis of analyzing plant cultivation experience and health characteristics according to the demographic and sociological characteristics of the silver generation, the level of plant cultivation experience showed a static correlation between health and quality of life. In particular, plant cultivation experience levels have formed an inappropriate relationship with depression.
Plant resources to prevent lifestyle diseases are investigated and a name tag is prepared that can be used by classifying 50 different characteristics such as anthocyanin, lycopene, carotenoids, alicin, flavonoids, isoflavones, glucosinolates, chlorophyll, etc. According to the analysis of the effectiveness of the garden-centered Agro-healing program for preventing lifestyle diseases, the emotional quality of life in the experimental group increased significantly by 10.8% after the program was applied, and the abdominal fat rate decreased significantly compared to the control group. And selected 16 kinds of plants such as Chun Il-hong, which helps the cognitive health of the silver generation (sensory stimulation, blood circulation, antibacterial, sleep, etc.) and developed a picture card to conduct cognitive training. As a result of applying the garden-centered Agro-heling program and effectiveness analysis to improve cognitive health, the total MMSE-DS score of the experimental group increased significantly by 19.35% and 7.74% more experimental group than the control group, and the SGDS-K decreased significantly by 59.37% to normal range. The Agro-healing Program, which is enjoyed mainly by the Silver Generation, produced three manuals to operate programs for prevent lifestyle diseases and cognitive health, developed 18 agricultural technology videos and 50 activities. The Task 3 was according to the field survey of healing farms by domestic and foreign silver generations, healing farms should link welfare work and resources to healing farms. In order to introduce a domestic healing farm, welfare systems, duties, and subjects shall be linked to the healing farm and Facilities should be linked to agricultural systems. To this end, the healing farm model was presented at a level that does not damage farmland when constructing healing farm facilities and facilities suitable for elderly care institutions, considering the level of persons accessible from Agro-healing.
The proposed model of agricultural activities of healing farms is presented by reflecting the results of evaluating utilization through the utilization of wheelchair-using subjects in the model. The Task 4 was field surveys and exploration of tools to create an agricultural cultivation environment for the mobility disadvantaged, As a result the subjects were highly interested in agriculture, but there were no facilities and tools. It was selected and developed as a major tool, such as a height-adjusted flowerpot and auxiliary handle, after the through the opinions and assessments of the subject, The developed height control plant and simple handle were applied on field to nursing homes and healing farms to modify the design of height control plant's height control device, design, drainage method, simple handle's farming equipment, and handle angle.
□ Expected Contribution
Through the program operation and guideline for healing farm model for pre-retirees and silver generation, development of cultivation tools for agricultural participation of the mobility disadvantaged, it is possible to adapt prospective silver generation and the health promotion effect of the silver generation can be derived.
And through this, a new agricultural service model may be presented to contribute to the revitalization of agriculture and rural areas and the creation of jobs.
