This study aims to empirically analyze the effects of transactional and transformational leadership on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction For this research, I used survey research method to teachers of air force educational institute in Seoul. In order to attain the objective of this study, We reviewed related theories and previous researches through literature review, and empirical study was conducted through a questionnaire survey.The findings of this study are summarized as follows:First, the factors of transformational leadership influencing on the behaviors of the employees include the charismata and intellectual stimuli of the enterprisers.Second, the demographic characteristics of the employees have an effect on each of the factorss of transformational leadership.Finally, the demographic characteristics of the employees have an effect on each of the factors deciding the behaviors of the employees.The population analyzed for this study is limited (200 employees at ten minor enterprisers located in Seoul, Korea), but the scope and locations of the analyzed enterprises for future studies should be more extensive so as to enhance the reliability of the results of the studies.
