The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in satisfaction of graduate school education students based on their reason to enter graduate school of education and career plan. To analyze differences in student satisfaction, this study conducted a questionnaire survey; 157 survey responses from students of A Graduate School of Education were collected.The results of this study are as follows. ① Most students of graduate school of education plan to be teachers. About a half of students of graduate school of education sought a teaching certificate, about a third sought professional development or promotion, and about a fifth sought other certificates. ② There is statistically meaningful difference in satisfaction of students based on their reason to enter graduate school and career plan. Satisfaction of students who had a teaching certificate and planned to remain a teacher is high, whereas satisfaction of students who had a teaching certificate and planned their career excluded from being a teacher is lowest. ③ All factors as course of study, a curricula for teaching profession, administration, facilities and evaluation, program of practice teaching, and guide of thesis influence satisfaction of students. Particularly, administration, facilities, and evaluation and guide of thesis influence satisfaction of students more than other factors.
