In this study, we were targeting the elderly 20 people with no athletic career residing in G city Bku, exercise group (10 people) and control group (10 people) separated by participating in a total of 12 weeks three times a week wellnesslifestyle exercise classes, how to exercise any influence on blood sugar and blood lipids before and after comparison results were as follows. The elderly who participated in the wellness lifestyle exercise after exercise than before exercise classes are represented by the close results of blood sugar levels in the normalrange to give a significant effect. Also it found that total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol decreased in, the increase in HDL cholesterol wellness lifestyle exercise significant effect in blood lipids. In the above results comprehensively, to the elderly who participated in 12 weeks wellness living movement is considered as an effective exercise method to improve blood sugar and blood lipids. If you increase exercise classes conducted by each region in the country has entered the aging society, it is thought that they could celebrate a healthy retirement for the elderly. In addition, national medical expenses will be reduced.
