This study is to examine the purposive, legislative and practical validity of establishment ideas of National Education Committee. First, understood the context of ideas of establishing National Education Committee and then studied the category and the justification logics of government committee. Next, examined the validity of it. In conclusion, the ideas of establishing National Education Committee have purposive validity but have weak points of recognizing legislative and practical validity. Because the task ot Ministry of Education have the nature of a wide scope, generality and interdependence, and isn’t accorded with untypicality, neutrality, regulation as the characteristics of duties of government committee. Consequently, establishing National Education Committee that have strong authority and independence is inadequate.
