대학생들의 일회성 슬링운동이 경부의 관절가동범위, 근력 및 통증척도에 미치는 영향 The Effect of Acute Neck Sling Exercise on the Range of Motion, Muscle Strength, Visual Analog Scale in University Students
The purpose of this study was the effect of acute sling exercise program range of motion (ROM), strength (MMT), and pain (VAS) in university students. The study participants voluntarily participated in 14 university students in Gyeongsangbuk-do A University. Acute sling exercise pre and post measurer of NDI (neck disability index), VAS (visual analogue scale), MMT muscle strength, ROM, body composition, and blood pressure. Analysis was compared (pre and post) using the paired T-test and significance α=.05. The results of study were as follows: the acute sling exercise were significant increase in range of motion, flexion, extension, left rotation, right rotation, left lateral flexion, right lateral flexion. And the strength test significant increase in muscle strength in flexion, extension, and an improvement in visual analog scale. Combined with this study, acute sling exercise improve significant in the range of motion, strength, and pain of the neck.
