This research has purpose in finding the effects of the cultural events by foreign business that connected with culture and how this image of the company related to the duration of customer relations. For this research, we collected a total of 207 surveys targeted on men and women in the age group of 20~30.The results of the hypothesis testing were the following; firstly, the cultural gifts for the cultural events of foreign companies showed a significant impact towards the image of the company. Secondly, the significant amounts of impact for the intention of a sustainable relationship with foreign business events were in the preference order of cultural space, cultural aid and cultural gifts. Thirdly, the increased company image through a cultural event showed significant effects on the intention of sustainable relationships.After looking at the research results above, foreign companies are advised to set a strategy that appropriately mixes events such as cultural gift events that give a short-term increase in sales and quick recognition, and also producing cultural areas for necessary long-term customer retentions.
