This paper describes about the strategy in arranging TV program's sections for the purpose of finding out efficient method to convey information to audience and arrangement strategy to make audience stay tuned in the TV program. The study samples range from Special Morning on MBC, World This Morning on KBS, Morning Wide on SBS, which are the informative programs in the morning, to the night time show, Wonderful World on MBC. I studied on the arrangement strategy for keeping audience' eyes pegged onto the show on the premise that TV programs live on viewers' attention. The dissertation can come down to three issues. First, to answer the question, "how does the studio break which serves as a bridge between sections, affect audience flow?", I've looked into the difference of popularity rating per a minute between the case without studio break and the one with studio break, and I also have gone through studio break length of the informative TV programs among morning time lineups from three major broadcasting companies, MBC, KBS, and SBS. In addition, I've examined the difference in popularity rating per a minute between the case the beginning part of the section leads the audience right to the section and the case that of the section lingers on. Last, the difference in popularity rating per a minute between the case the ending part of the section stays on, leaving audience the expectation that the section is moving on to the next one and the case it doesn't also has been examined. For the first issue, I've come to the conclusion that relatively short studio break helps increase popularity rating to some extent, and the interval allows three minutes to the maximum. When it comes to the second issue, total popularity rating and popularity rating per a minute present that audience favors the case the section opens without any announcement rather than the case a reporter opens the section with an announcement. In reference to the last issue, it turns out that the brief ending part of the section helps keep audience focused and connect audience' attention to the next one. The study also demonstrates that the section can retain the audience' attention which is about to move on to other channels by making the ending part of the section tidy and concise.
