Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find a way to enlarge the market share of printing material in abroad. To achieve this purpose, I analyzed the inland market and abroad. We can divide inland market into private demand and public demand. Most of the order is a public demand. In the public demand, the seller should agree to the buyer's demand. So it is a structure of the seller to be unprofitable. Most of the our export market is USA and Japan. Our degree of dependence is amounted to 60%. The problem to enlarge the market share of printing material is, at inland market, first, it is a quality of product. The quality of printing material was very low because of lack of experienced labor, the decrepit printing machinery. Especially, they has no strategy for the quality. Second, It is the problem of the parts and production process. They has no efficient process to supply the parts and raw material. And their production process was not modern. Third, for the production method had transferred lean production, they has faced with the pressure of decreasing the production cost. Fourth, they can not agree to the buyer's demand. And they have many problem of management of production. The problem of export market is, first, they have no strategy for management of quality. They can not open up the new market because of this. Second, they have no competency for international marketing and experienced labor. Third, Our seller have competed with each other in abroad because they have no information for export market. And they can not open up a new market because of this. Fourth, as we reports, our export market have outweighing to USA and Japan. I have suggested the measurement to resolve this problem. First, to resolve the inland problem, I have suggested to establish the strategy for managing the quality of product. And the seller of printing material should improve the process of production and sourcing to achieve the efficiency of production and to enlarge the profitable benefit. Seller of printing material should reduce the cost of production through the specialization of production and plan selling strategy to align with the buyer's demand. Second, the measurements to resolve the abroad problem is to drive a strategy of management quality to overcome the advanced company. And seller should enforce the marketing competency and management of labor to meet with the customer's demand.
