This study aimed to examine the influence to persistence, offensiveness, sociality and participation among the influence and its subordinate factors on the development of sociality by the experiences of cruelty to children. For this, the experience of cruelty and the age relations are measured through questionnaire making children of fourth, fifth and six grades of primary school living in Pusan City as an object of study. The data was processed statistically by utilizing SPSS coefficient of correlation and multi-regression. The major results of it are summarized as follows : First, it was found that the most experiences by children was physical cruelty in the patterns of cruelty, and showed that the most experience of cruelty was light blow among physical cruelty. Second, in the experience of cruelty, the experience of cruelty was found more to boys than girls, the lower of age and grade, and more bad in relationship with neighbors, and in sociality, the sociality was found higher by girls than boys, the older, the better school record, and the fewer experience of cruelty, and when parents school record, and the fewer experience of cruelty, and when parents have religion, the sociality of children showed high. Third, in the subordinate factor of sociality, in excessive offensiveness, anti-sociality and non-participation, the changing cause influencing to non-persistence appeared higher in case of the more experience of cruelty, and the more bad school record, and the changing cause influencing to excessive offensiveness appeared higher by boys than girls, the more bad school record and the more experience of cruelty. The changing cause influencing to anti-sociality appeared higher in case of more bad school record and the more experience of cruelty, and the changing cause influencing to non-participation appeared higher by boys than girls, the more bad school record and the more experience of cruelty. Observing on the whole, it appeared that the experience of cruelty, sex of children and school record in cluce to the subordinate factors of sociality (non-insistence, excessive offensiveness, anti-sociality and non-participation). Through this result, this study has presented the actual status of cruelty to children on the whole, and what kind of changing causes are existed influencing to the development of sociality is clarified.
