During the early stage of the 1990s the internet was not yet as popularized; the many communities had meetings based on off-line. However, In the late 1990s, off-line based communities had become one-line due to the popularized internet. These online communities based on the internet are very popular and wide spread Nowadays most portal sites are supporting the on-line communities, such as Cafe, Club. The majority of on-line communities are, now facing difficulties. They are sharing the large size of files. This is due to insufficiency of saving spaces, and limited network environment. Also, sharing the files using the P2P system, there is a problem that user can not verify the files integrity. In this study, we designed and implemented the MAFI system. It's main purpose is to help the on-line communities share the large size of files effectively. In the case of the MAFI system, any user can download faster and the company could reduce cost for providing community service. Furthermore, because integrity for downloading file is offered, user can download having confidence for file which receive.
