The object of this study is developing teaching-learning plans of the multiculturalmusic education, which has been recognized as an important part of the music education for the recent globalization. This study introduces eight teaching-learning plans of the multicultural music education in order to let elementary school students experience the various music cultures. The subject of each plan has been selected for the purpose of the comparative analysis between the Korean music culture and other countries', which starts from the knowledge of the music culture of our own and comparesit with the different music cultures, experiencing the cultural diversities. First, 'Flowers in the world' introduces some Chinese and Japanese folk songs about flowers. The students sing those songs in the original languages, having the chances to feel Chinese and Japanese musical features. By doing that, the students can understand more and have interests in the natural and cultural background of both countries as well. Secondly, the students sing some dance songs in the original languages, performing actual dances in 'The world folk dances 1'. For example, they not only sing the Pakistani 'Kikli Dance' song, but also perform the dance actually. In the Brazilian dance song, 'Sambarere', they sing the song, feeling the unique language rhythms and dance the Samba actually, keeping the syncopation. Thirdly, the students learn the different greetings and how to greet differently in 'The world greetings'. They perform an African greeting role play, singing the Zimbabweansong, 'Sorida'. They also pay attention to the French culture, singing the French song, 'Bonjour, Mes amis' in French. Fourthly, 'The world percussion instruments' introduces the world traditional percussion instruments. They try to create their own rhythms, using 'Du, Dum, Ke', the rhythm of an African traditional percussion instrument, 'Jembe'. Fifthly, the students learn about the various traditional wind instruments of the world in 'The world wind instruments'.
