The prevailing trend in the BT-IT medical field is to create a remote bio u-healthcare system that uses the doppler effect. To reach this goal, research on wireless detection of respiration and heartbeat rates began as early as 1975. Research on remote sensing technology is being conducted at many research labs, universities, and institutes In spite of this situation, standardization on this technology has yet to be established but studies in this field is moving forward in the ISM and UWB bands. More research will take place in the future. This paper will show how a Bio Doppler radar can detect the speed of a moving object by using the Doppler Effect theory. The bio radar system proposed in this paper can measure the heart beat, pulse, and respiration of a human and detect the body signals that occur in periodic cycles. These signals can be inputted into an analysis model that will generate data pertaining to the patient’s health or the detection of any diseases and can be used as a new preventive medical technique. This paper will use the RF tools embedded in the Doppler Radar system to present a nonevasive bio radar technique. With an understanding of the underlying mechanism of this technique, there will be further analysis of the effects of body reactions to a noninvasive simulation model. Through the detection of bio signals and the assumptions set forth in this paper, the limitations and accuracy of noninvasive procedures will be examined and proven. In this paper, bio signals including respiration and heart rates will be examined in terms of the varying frequency strength at difference distances from the human body. The experiment was conducted at distances of 30 cm, 50 cm, and 70 cm from the subject to obtain date on bio signal strength levels of the 5.8GHz band system. This paper showed that the output signal is affected by phase noise but it is decreased by using Range Correlation effect. If the transmission signal is in the same phase or at a 180 degree difference, a null point can occur and affect the accuracy of detection levels. as the result, It showed that the detection level of bio signal can expand by avoiding null point. Based on these results, we expect research in the bio-medical field, mobile technology and home networks to greatly expand.
