This study targeted students who major in Taekwondo at university, and selected the experimental group(3 persons) who smoothly perform the kicking movement, and the control group(3 persons) who are performed the movement but are not mastered. And, the three-dimensional analysis was carried out by using the movement-analysis program. As a result of calculating the performing time in the running-turning-back kicking movement, shift position and speed in the center of the body, speed in constituent part, angle in leg segment, ground reaction force, and stiffness in leg joint, the following conclusions were obtained. The take-off time in the experimental group is shorter than the control group, and obtains the big impact force from the ground, thereby having been judged to lengthen the time of remaining in the air, and to perform the accurate movement by using the long time of staying in the air. The vertical speed, which was changed from the horizontal speed, increases the jumping height and expands the time of remaining in the air regardless of weight, thereby having been judged that the intensive practice will need to follow on take-off, which changes direction into vertical direction as well as increasing the initial horizontal speed. It was judged that the experimental group delivers the quantity of motion to the shoulder, which is the distant side from the waist around the center of the body in order to rotate the body, but that the control group tries to deliver the quantity of motion to the waist from the shoulder, on the contrary. The ground reaction force was divided into the First Peak in a steep slope and the steady Second Peak. And, the control group was not clear in the division of peak. Also, aiming at the efficient jump, it was judged that the continuous practice will need to be made even as for movement in arms as well as an increase in the horizontal speed. As a result of examining stiffness(Kleg) in an individual's leg and vertical stiffness(Kvert), a rise in stiffness was judged to have relationship with an increase in vertical speed. Also, as a result of examining stiffness(Kknee) in knee and stiffness(Kankle) in ankle, it was judged that the effective jump is hindered when a role comes to be short even in any one side of knee or ankle. In light of the above contents, the running-turning-back kicking movement is changed efficiently into the vertical speed through the horizontal speed, which is caused by an approach run. In the take-off movement, the increase in the horizontal speed is devised through cooperation between knee and ankle joints. The rotation in the body is thought that the efficient kicking will be made, which transfers dynamical energy in order of thigh, the calf of the leg, and foot as for each quantity of motion, through using rotation in the waist by the ground reaction force rather than the rotation in the shoulder. In order to maximize the vertical speed, the approach run is very important element, thereby being judged that a research will be required hereafter on which effect the jumping distance and speed have on jumping. Also, a research is thought to be needed on a role of each part in the body that can be produced in the jumping posture such as angle of forming with y axis in the foot from the jumping movement, hand, and arm.
