In the present study it is try to inquire into the problem of bad message that is caused by the internet reverse function and the psychological and social characteristic of teenager who annotates the bad message. The adolescent period is considered that it is very unstable period with coming of mental and physical development rapidly. The current teenager is going through difficult time with stress and frustration caused by uneasy development period and entrance examination-centered education, these difficulties are presented as various bad behaviors in actual life and virtual space, that is 'internet'. It is also considered that the bad message on internet is one of bad behaviors from side effect caused by internet reverse function. The purpose of present study is to propose the basis data to develop service and program that is necessary for teenager of this class hereafter through examining the actual state of bad message on internet that is used the most as teenager's leisure hours, and examining mental and social characteristic of teenager who annotates the bad message on internet. The mental and social characteristic of teenager who annotates the bad message on internet such as human-sociological cause, computer use trend, self-respect, aggression, and impulse are inquired. As a result of study, it is presented that men annotates more bad message than women, more bad messages come from user who has more daily average time of using internet, and also more bad messages come from user who has more daily average numbers of annotating times. Except these, as it is presented that there are no connection with the religion, school record, family income, whether they have computer and so on, teenagers who annotates the bad message have various characteristic and it is considered as bad behavior applicable to the most of teenagers. It is manifested that there is no connection between annotating bad message and self-respect, and there is connection between aggression and impulse as mental cause. That is, teenagers who annotates the bad message on internet are presented to have more aggression and impulse, so teenagers who have more aggression and impulse are presented to annotate more bad messages. The various interest and effort of society, school, and home is needed to protect teenagers from internet reverse function such as various poisoning, cyber crime, and bad message, and to prevent teenagers' mental health from the side effect caused by internet reverse function.
