Psychopathic tendencies are expressed in serious problematic behavior in personal relationships, emotions, behavior and living patterns. The purpose of this research is to create a model that can predict psychopathic tendencies in adolescents for both male and female through investigating the biological and environmental factors that contribute to teenage psychopathic tendencies of both male and female delinquent teens. More specifically, in order to confirm the validity and confidence of the adolescent psychopathic tendencies scale, 503 delinquent teens and 521 normal teens were factor analyzed to put together a final version of 32 questions on the teenage psychopathic scale composed of 4 final factors (personal relationships, emotions, behavior and living patterns). Then, in order to look further into the biological and environmental factors in adolescent psychopathic tendencies, a total of 503(323 males, 180 females) delinquent teens that has been sentenced were divided and researched. As a result, in the male decision tree analysis of psychopathic tendencies in delinquent teens, one of the most important variables that predicts adolescent psychopathic tendencies was peer pressure during juvenile delinquency experiences. In cases where there were extensive peer pressure experiences, along with low capability of family conflict management, sociality disposition and conformity to rules, the psychopathic tendencies were revealed to be high. Also, on a similar note, when the first experience of juvenile delinquent behavior, the psychopathic tendency level proved to be highest. On the other hand, when there were no past peer pressure experience, when sociality disposition, interest towards school, level of harmony in the family was low, psychopathic tendencies were highest. Among delinquent behavior, the instances of runaway behavior, that falls under status delinquent behavior, proved to have high prediction power in psychopathic tendencies. For female model of psychopathic tendencies in delinquent teens, the most predictive variable of psychopathic tendencies were isolation from the peer group during juvenile delinquent behavior. In cases when experience in inflicting the isolation, the higher level in emotional abuse lead to a higher psychopathic tendency score. Also, when the sociality disposition and activity is low, there were higher psychopathic tendencies, and when crimes committed were of a worse nature of offense such as robbery, sexual offenses or fraud, rather than sometime like theft, or violation of traffic laws, the tendencies also rose. Based on the above research results, in order to derive an adolescent psychopathic tendency predictive factor model, male and female models were separately derived. In case of male subjects, the disposition and juvenile delinquency had an interactive relationship to affect psychopathic tendencies, the health of family relationships and school adaptation flexibility acted as protective factors, and disposition was found to have a direct influence on the fore mentioned flexibility. In case of female subjects, disposition and juvenile delinquency interacted and affected psychopathic tendencies, where social support was a protective factor, juvenile abuse as a risk factor, and disposition was found to have a direct influence on child abuse, and juvenile delinquency on social support. Thus, this study revealed a strong argument that in order to limit the gradual development of psychopathic tendencies in both male and female adolescents, early preventative intervention is necessary, and that the stance in which the interventions must be approached is different.
