As for temperatures on the body surface before performing procedures, the part which has the highest temperature among ears, hands, and feet was ears, and hands and feet were similar, and among three aesthetical care methods, the best one with effect to increase temperature on the body surface was hand massage and followed by foot bath and ear candle.
Therefore, to implement ear candle, hand massage and foot bath to women with hyperthermy has effects to improve peripheral blood circulation by increasing temperature on the body surface, and ear candle induces psychological stability by reducing number of pulse slightly, and as for effective proper procedure time, it was confirmed that ten minutes for hand massage, and thirty minutes for foot bath, so the objective and concrete materials to apply conveniently in the industry field of skin care and at home.
