Effects of Soccer exercise program on the physical fitness and body composition of with intellectual disabilities students

This research tried to look into the influence that the soccer program reaches to the strength of the indication disabled children and body construction. The conclusion like the result next where it analyze the factors of the strength (the muscular strength, muscular endurance, pliability, quickness, agility, and coplanarity) of the indication disabled children and body construction (the weight, muscles volume, lean body mass, fat, body percent fat, and abdominal fat) the measurement by applying the soccer program to 5 indication disabled children for 12 weeks was gained.
First, the soccer program reached the positive effect to the strength of the indication disabled children. As to the individual differentiation, the muscular strength, where there was but which is the factor of the strength muscular endurance, pliability, quickness, agility, and all coplanarities were improved. The change of the child 3 was the most abundant among the child.
Second, the soccer program reached the positive effect to the body construction of the indication disabled children. As to the individual differentiation, the muscles volume where there was but which is the element of the body construction and lean body mass were increased and reduced the weight, fat, body percent fat, and abdominal fat inspite of. Particularly, there was the change which is abundant in the fat reduction. The abdominal fat did not have the change nearly. The change of the child 3 was the most abundant among the child.
Since being the case study that attends the Ulsan Metropolitan City meterial M elementary school special class and performs 11~13 fiscal cadastral handicapped student schoolboy 5 people by the object, the generalization of the research result is difficult. The strength of the subjects and body construction is not similar and for that this research turns on accurately whether the difference of the results of the examination of research is the effect of the program application, or not there is the limit.
Some proposes try to be proposed for the subsequent study to apply the soccer program to the indication disabled children based upon this kind of conclusion and limiting point. First, in this research, we studied the muscular strength, muscular endurance, pliability, quickness, agility, and 6 factors of the coplanarity among the strength factor. Therefore, the research should be made about the other element of the strength.
Second, in this research, it did not restrict on the menu of the target children and the body construction was studied. Therefore, the research that it goes side by side the collective menu administration should be made.
