As immunity have a direct impact on nutritive condition and stress, appropriate intensity level of exercise for each individual is recommended to boost immunity. As well as exercise, fruits are being spotlighted to intake nutrition and prevent disease. Rubus coreanus miquel are rich in organic acid, vitamin C, and antioxidant such as flavonoid, tannin, saponin, anthocyan. This paper focuses on the effect of aerobic exercies and rubus coreanus miquel on Sprague Dewley male rat immunoglobulin, complete blood count and antioxidant enzymes. In the experiment, 36 Sprague Dawley male rats which are 4-week old were used. I divide rats into 4 groups; the exercising-rubus coreanus miquel group, the exercising group, the rubus coreanus miquel group, the control group. After a week of preliminary raising, rats had done cardio exercises and eaten rubus coreanus miquel for 6weeks. There is no statistical difference in immunoglobulin IgM between the exercising-rubus coreanus miquel group and the exercising group but the experiment shows a tendency to increase. The exercising-rubus coreanus miquel group shows high IgG. With regard to antioxidant, CAT tends to significantly increase in the exercising-rubus coreanus miquel group and the rubus coreanus miquel group. Also the exercising group shows statistically significant increase in RBC, Hct, Hb in CBC. There is no statistical difference in WBC but there is a tendency of the increase in WBC. Therefore, within the appropriate intensity level of exercise, antioxidant such as vitamin and anthocyanin included in rubus coreanus fruits increases immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzymes by controling free oxygen radicals and increases CBC by increasing oxygen while exercising. In conclusion, aerobic exercise and rubus coreanus miquel have a positive impact on immunoglobulin, CBC and antioxidant.
