The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between elementary teachers's view of education and the perceptions of inclusive education. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 447 teachers who work in elementary school located in Pusan were selected by proportional stratified sampling. The research questions are as follows: First, what is the elementary teachers' view of education? Second, what is the elementary teachers' perception of inclusive education? Third, is there any relationship between the elementary teachers' view of education and perceptions of inclusive education? The followings are the conclusion of the research: First, the male teachers showed a higher rate than female teachers. in the anarchist teachers. This tells us that elementary school male teachers has a more radical view of education than the female teachers. According to the survey in accordance with work experience, group of highly experienced teachers with more than 20 years had higher fundamentalism and intellectualism of education compared to the other groups. Second, according to the survey, the elementary school teachers had a positive perception for inclusive education with regard to the benefits of integrated education. But, the elementary school teachers had a little negative perceptions for inclusive education with regard to the perceptions of integrated classroom management, abilities teaching students with disabilities and the comparison of the fit between special classes and integrated classes. Looking at the difference in perception depending on experience, the teachers with less than 10 years of experience were more positive to awareness of the benefits of integrated education than the teachers with over 20 years of experience. And the teachers with a career of more than 20 years had the most negative perceptions about integrated classroom management. Third, according to the result of surveying relationship between the elementary teachers' view of education and perceptions of inclusive education, there was a positive correlation between the recognition of integration and the liberalistic view of education. In other words, the more the teachers have the liberalistic(liberalism, liberationism, anarchism) view of education, the more they have positive perceptions about integrated education. But there was no correlation between the recognition of integration and the conservative(fundamentalism, intellectualism, conservatism) view of education. In this study, there was correlations between teachers' view of education and perception of inclusive education. Therefore, more research on special education across different areas will need to be studied from the perspective of teachers` view of eduction.
