This study is conducted to analyze economics according to the number of use by mold types. To do so, among types of inner molds, apartment houses which use Euro form+plywood form, AL form or Euro form+truss beam and are built with non supporting formwork system are selected to present appropriate construction methods each to 30s, 40s and 50s pyeong apartments by applying simulation and compare accumulated construction expenses. Research results drawn from aforementioned methodology for purposes mentioned above are as follows. Unit plans in 30s, 40s and 50s pyeong apartments are standards in case studies and accumulated construction expenses of walls and slabs are added up and compared one another by introducing simulation according to mold types and size of apartments when they are used 25 times. The results of the analysis are as in the following. First, AL form generates less accumulated construction expenses compared to Euro form+plywood form over 12th floor. Second, AL form used over 15th floor costs less compared to Euro form+truss beam within non supporting formwork system. Third, non supporting formwork system using Euro form+truss beam constantly reduces accumulated construction expenses compared with Euro form+plywood form. Assuming to apply one-floor-one-use principle to construction of a 25-story building, the author analyzes that AL form compared to non supporting formwork system with Euro form+plywood form or Euro form+truss beam can save cost by around 12-14%. In addition, non supporting formwork system in comparison with Euro form+plywood form is analyzed to be able to cut cost about 3% by reducing cost of a supporting post which supports slabs. Therefore, AL form which requires high initial cost doesn't incur the replacement cost so it is profitable for high-rise form work with the high number of use. On the other hand, non supporting formwork system using Euro form+plywood form and Euro form+truss beam whose initial cost is low but replacement cost is high is appropriate to low-rise construction.
