Abstract
Small and Medium business support Institutions are implementing a variety of marketing-supporting policy for the growth of small medium enterprises. It is necessary to figure out the demand and satisfaction to effectively push forward with support project.
This study would aim to present the results and the improvement by conducting the satisfaction research based on small businesses in Dae-Jeon.
This study on the presented results and implications may be summarized as follows .
First, it needs to be promoted by Sponsoring Authority as it does scant justice to Marketing Support Program.
Second, it is though to need the expansion of the support such as promotional materials of the result of the demand investigation, a market research as well as the design development as it is in high demand for these sectors.
Third, this survey found that Support Program were the most satisfied in terms of the process of progress, the evaluation process, the business process and the quality. In addition, I could get the results that influence these factors.
Forth, it revealed that the improvement of Marketing Support Program is needed in order of the expansion of the marketing division, the early enforcement of supporting program as well as the diversification of supporting program.
At last, the infant enterprises is needed to manage now that it shows that the quality satisfaction of supporting businesses is quite low.
We need to come up with measures to improve the quality satisfaction of
the relevant enterprises since the sales scale is less than five million won.
This study differentiate it from a previous research with Marketing Support program conducted and analyzed by the satisfaction investigation as the center.
It is presented what the process of progress, the evaluation process, the business process and the quality impacts and also adduced to explain the industry, scale and growth.
Furthermore, it is presented for some improvement and the direction of policy, so this is significant in the sense that it would help the support organization and small and medium businesses
