The 21st century is the era of patent information, as shown in the SAMSUNG - APPLE case including the lately big issue. Patent is now a powerful weapon and becoming a powerful shield to protect industry’s profits. As a result, the reality is that IPR(Intellectual Pro-perty Right policy in each country also talks will reinforce. That's why patent management is emphasized by companies, and further the use of patent information were important issues in all areas of industry. Patent information is all information caused by course of patent pending and it was written by information technology concretely, and it wast opened to the public. Therefore, companies can understand the flow of technology and society easily and can prevent infringement of patent about trend leading technology by designing around a patent. However, It is not easy to use unless companies have very specialized patent knowledge, Because the amount of patent information is massive. So, those kind of analysis tools to use this patent information are patent classification system. This is arrangement and process technical details and right option of patent information, so chart to realize easily analysis details, and user easily apprehend information they want like see the map. Thus, if we have simple and standardized patent system, it is useful than professional patent map in use of information, so, it was attempted by many patent owner in many industries. Therefore, In our paper, we will compare patent classification system in many industries and overall knowledge of patent, and we will discuss way to shape standardized and simple and unique patent classification system, and to use patent information.
