In this paper, we study the plasma automated matching system for maximum power transfer to the load. Frequency is 13.56MHz that is commonly used in plasma systems. In existing systems, for matching by using the DC signal of the error of the impedance as an analog system, and has a matching time problems and accuracy. Further, there is a disadvantage that it is not possible to know the information of the impedance. Therefore, in this study, was studying for the circuit of digital automatic matching system. In addition, We investigated the automatic matching algorithm for matching system. It was derived mathematically what needed to understand these algorithms. Because of the characteristics of the low frequency of 13.56MHz, the system was studying in view of the waveform voltage and current. Further, using simulation codes of ADS (Advanced design system) to predict the characteristics of the system. For the implementation of the actual system, I was compared to the simulation characteristics through the design and fabrication of the input sensor part. In order to solve the radiation problem of initial input sensor (ver.1), we proposed the new concept of input sensor (ver.2). ver.2 input sensor confirmed through simulation that to sensing the waveform of the current and voltage. As ver.1 input sensor to the production actually, we were compared with the simulation results. Finally, we compared the analysis by measuring the radiated power of ver.2 and ver.1 input sensor.
