The degradability of organic matters has been examined and selected for the production of protease, cellulase, xylanase, and amylase, and for the transition of mineral nitrogen to organonitrogen, and the antagonism has been examined against crop diseases such as Fusarium oxysporum, F. solani, Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora capsici, P. cactorum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Rhizoctonia solani, Scleotinia sclerotiorum, Cylindrocarpon destructans, Pythium ultimum. 3. The final selected strains, which has shown excellent abilities in the degradability of organic matters and the antagonism, is a SA-15 strain, and it has identified as Bacillus subtilis and named as "HSB904" based on the analysis of 16S rRNA base sequence, cellular fatty acid Methyl Esters, and saccharine availability. 4. In order to cultivate a selected HSB904 strain, the optimal medium conditions have been identified, and the optimal temperature and PH have been searched as 30~35℃, 5.5~7.0 respectively. 5.
