This paper proposes a model of the easy payment system with smart mobile devices. Currently, payment markets are quite subordinate to telecom companies, device producers, banks in terms of payment technologies, processes, devices and etc. For example, national standards for payments require complicated technologies which are immoderate for small sum payments. As such, even small sum payments are dominated by large companies copping with that national standard level. The proposed model suggests a simple payment system enough to be moderate for small sum payments. This model adopts smart mobile devices with us for payment terminals for both sellers and purchasers and does not require any other payment devices. Therefore, any company or school etc can set up their own independent payment systems with this model. The research for this thesis is composed of 3 parts. One is for the payment terminals with smart mobile devices. Both mobile devices for sellers and purchasers communicate each other through NFC (Near Field Communication) equipments mounted on the devices. Particularly, this research uses the P2P operation mode of NFC rather than card emulation modes or card reader modes of that equipment. Another part is for the information encryption for the communication between payment terminals and payment processing server. The last part is for payment authentications which are preventing accidental payments. We applied the model to a group of university students and a cafeteria in the university on a virtual bank. That application shows contentable outcomes. But still this model has not been fully verified at other payment situations and on real banking circumstances. If more researches are following to solve security certification and privacy problem of NFC environment, we are very much sure that our research will contribute to the advancement of Fin-tech.
