This study was carried out to find out mass production system for efficient cultured position and type and concentration of plant growth regulators and also, to find out regarding compare growth and anatomical characteristic by the different LEDs at node intercept culture of Epipremnum aureum. In result of cultured different plant growth hormone type and concentration distinguished by upper, middle and bottom (upper: third, middle: 4~6th, bottom: 7~9th node in the front end) including explant with growing point for 90 days, upper and middle is much producing shoot than bottom in part of culturing explant and also, differentiation of multi-shoot and multi-bud is highest in IBA and BA treatment at 5.0 mg·L-1. In result of investigating growth of culture after 90 days by fixing to middle for culturing position to find out effect of cytokinin type and concentration for multi-shoot differentiation based on mass propagation, Leaf and root growth was most efficient at 5.0 mg·L-1 2iP and 3.0 mg·L-1 kinetic treatment. Also, there was multi-bud occurrence in TDZ treatment, but it showed abnormal enlargement on base. So, 1.0 m·L-1 BA treatment is efficient for 22.1. In middle culturing part and BA treatments 0, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0 mg·L-1 respectively for 90 days of LED treatments, 1.0 mg·L-1 BA treatment under blue LED out of all treatment is much occurrence for multi-shoot number. Also, result of culturing 2.2~2.5 cm size of plantlet under same light for 120 days on medium added 1.0 m·L-1 BA single, IBA and BA 5.0 mg·L-1 respectively, there was most efficient for multi shoot differentiation on mixed medium. In result of acclimatization of re-differentiation plantlets (about 15 cm size), shoots length and chlorophyll content were higher in green, blue LED, respectively. Stoma number, guard cell size, palisade parenchyma cell number, spongy parenchyma cell number and vascular bundle number were affected by blue source after 150 days acclimatization. So, it think that Blue LED is greater efficient than other LED and needs to more study in the future.
