In this paper, the results obtained by previous comparison are considered in the generation process of information architecture, and then it puts the concept that APP in this paper should have into it, and determines the transmittal mode of functionality and information. Finally, it conducts the personas setting so as to produce the scenario. The information architecture in this paper is completed through these. Finally, it designs the screen composition via preliminary sketch, and also makes the final design effect drawing through computer. In the past, the weather information was used as an accessory information of weather forecast, people always looked at the condition but never use it in life. The App designed by this paper is to prompts the users how to use the information that is useful to users, which are derived by combining the weather information with user’s personal circumstances. In order that the air pollution information could be used more flexibly in our lives, the air pollution information is combined with users’ specific information to generate personalized information that are useful to the users. Therefore, this paper starts to design and develop the App for air pollution information service.
