In this research, we set the career woman in Seoul as a population and select subject through the convenience sampling among the method of non-probability sampling. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 340 people in total at career women and absent who have participated in Pilates exercise. In the collected questionnaire, we used 332 people's data excluding the survey of 8 individuals who responded unemployed for this study. As a result of checking the reliability of the measuring tool, it was found that both load factors exceeded the load capacity by 0.50 or more, so the factor loading amount was good. As a result of computing the Cronbach 's α coefficient, it was found that all factors caused 0.564 at 0.900 and the confidence level was relatively high. Using these research methods and data analysis methods, we could obtain the following conclusions.
First, they have high job satisfaction and positive psychological capital when educational background, career history, salary are higher; age is in 40’s, and occupation is a self-employed person·menagement at the factor of positive psychological capital, job stress, and job satisfaction according to the general characteristics of the survey target.
Second, participants in the Pilates program showed the positive difference between job stress, job satisfaction, and psychological capital.
Thirdly, it was found that there was a significant correlation between Pilates participants, participants’ job satisfaction who does not attend, job stress and positive psychological capital factors.
