The purpose of present study is to investigate The Effects of Street Dance Major College Student's Self-esteem and Psychological Well-being on Flow. To this end, a survey was carried out on 291 students majoring in street dance, and a frequency and correlation analysis was conducted with the collected data by using the SPSS 18.0 program. The detailed results of the analysis are as follows. First, we have examined how self-esteem of street dance major college students can affect their psychological well-being, and we have found out that when positive self-concept (one of the subordinate concepts of self-esteem) is high, the ability to control environment (one of the subordinate concepts of psychological well-being) gets lower, and when negative self-concept (one of the subordinate concepts of self-esteem) is high, the ability to control environment (one of the subordinate concepts of psychological well-being) gets higher. Secondly, we have studied how self-esteem of street dance major college students can affect flow, and we have found out that when positive self-concept (one of the subordinate concepts of self-esteem) is high, autotelic experience, integration of activity and awareness, hypnosis and pseudostate, and sense of achievement and confidence (subordinate concepts of flow) get higher as well. On the other hand, when negative self-concept (one of the subordinate concepts of self-esteem) is high, the sense of achievement and confidence (subordinate concepts of flow) get lower. Finally, we have studied how psychological well-being of street dance major college students can affect their flow, and we have found out that when self-acceptance and the sense of purpose (subordinate concepts of psychological well-being) are high, autotelic experience, integration of activity and awareness, hypnosis and pseudostate, and sense of achievement and confidence (subordinate concepts of flow) get higher as well. Also, when the ability to control environment (one of the subordinate concepts of psychological well-being) is high, autotelic experience, integration of activity and awareness, hypnosis and pseudostate, and sense of achievement and confidence (subordinate concepts of flow) get lower. The conclusion with all counted confirmed the relation among the self-esteem, psychological well-being, and flow in the street dance major college students. Therefore, further follow-up studies were proposed on empricall studies on variables related in promoting promote self respect among street dance majors based on the results of this study.
