근활성도는 양측 체중부하운동 시 우세측 VM(p=.000), VL(p=.000), GM(p=.000) 및 비우세측 VM(p=.002), VL(p=.001), GM(p=.001)은 E-O와 비교하여 E-T에서 각각 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 근피로도는 양측 체중부하운동 시 우세측 VM(p=.000), VL(p=.000) 및 비우세측 VM(p=.000), VL(p=.007) GM(p=.006)은 E-O와 비교하여 E-T에서 각각 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 또한 편측 체중부하운동 시 우세측 VM(p=.004), VL(p=.000) 및 비우세측 VM(p=.000), VL(p=.001), GM(p=.023)은 E-O과 비교하여 E-T에서 각각 유의하게 낮게 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of bilateral and unilateral resistance training on activity, fatigue, tone of muscle. The sujects healthy adult men was randomly assigned to Vastus medialis(VM), Vastus lateralis(VL), Gluteus maximus(GM) during bilateral(squat) and unilateral(split-squat) exercise(n = 12). All subjects were performed acute exercise and rest 7days to prevent muscle fatigue. Bilateral and unilateral resistance training performed the repeated maximum number of times (All-out) to the rhythm metronom speed(eccentric: 2sec- concentric: 2sec). Muscle activity and fatigue using EMG were measured by both onset and termination during exercise, muscle tone were measured by both before and after exercise used equipment MyotonPRO. The main results are as follows: muscle activity during bilateral exercise to dominant VM(p=.000), VL(p=.000) and GM(p=.000), non-dominant VM(p=.002), VL(p=.001) and GM(p=.001), unilateral resistance training dominant VM(p=.000), VL(p=.000) and GM(p=.005), non-dominant VM(p=.000), VL(p=.000) and GM(p=.001) were significantly increased in the both termination exercise compared with onset exercise. During bilateral resistance training, muscle fatigue were significantly increased in the both termination exercise compared with onset exercise comparing dominant VM(p=.000), VL(p=.000), non-dominant VM(p=.000), VL(p=.007) and GM(p=.006), unilateral resistance training dominant VM(p=.004), VL(p=.000), non-dominet VM(p=.000), VL(p=.001), and GM(p=.023). During bilateral resistance training, muscle tone were significantly increased in the both after exercise compared with before exercise comparing dominant VL(p=.000) and non-dominant VL(p=.000), unilateral resistance training dominant VL(p=.000), GM(p=.008), non-dominant VL(p=.001), GM(p=.027). On the training type, unilateral resistance training of GM muscle is higher than unilateral resistance training in dominant. But bilateral and unilateral resistance training were not significantly effects on activity, fatigue and tone of muscle to interactive training type in dominant and non-dominant and period. These results suggest that bilateral and unilateral resistance training are not correlated between effects on activity, fatigue, and tone of muscle.
