Second, we derived what factors affect visitors' revisit and intention to recommend events to others. Third, through the results of these analyzes, we sought ways to improve the image of the festival and to develop the quality of it.
The survey was conducted for visitors who participated in the 13th Ground Forces festival in 2015. The questionnaire included questions about visitor motivation, festival programs, experience factors, food, and satisfaction with convenience facilities for the festival. As a result of the questionnaire, 318 questionnaires among 335 questionnaires could be used as an effective sample, and the analysis was carried out considering the factors influencing demographic characteristics.
As a result of the questionnaire analysis, satisfaction was high in the variety of event program, differentiation from other festivals, and level of convenience facilities. However, there were complaint factors. The location of the event was in the suburbs so that it was hard to access, In addition shelter with parasol was installed excessively at the event spot, so the use of the designated resting facility's usage rate was low.
