The purpose of this study is to identify future prospects of new product lines targeting exclusive cosmetic products specialized for sports activities, which are newly formed in domestic cosmetics market. In this study, I analyzed the current status of the domestic market to identify major products, market share, and supply market, and distributed questionnaires to professional athletes and general members of the clubs to confirm and analyze consumers' use through empirical analysis. Through this study, it was confirmed that the interest and awareness of the necessity of massage products or specialized cosmetic products to help sports performances previously limited to professional athletes has expanded to general consumers who enjoy sports as a hobby. In addition, cosmetic products for sports activities have a relatively clear purpose for consumers to select products with an emphasis on functionality and for this reason, the formation and development of the product group is centered on its functions. Moreover, the existing products in the existing market were segmented or repositioned according to the sports market.
