The purpose of this study is to study the perception, status and job satisfaction of infant teachers in multimedia utilization so that the future use of various multimedia programs by infant education institutions, changes in teacher perception, and job satisfaction. The research tools were used by modifying and supplementing questionnaires about child teachers' perception of multimedia use, status of multimedia utilization, and job satisfaction of infant teachers. A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed among the subjects of the study, and 193 questionnaires were used as analysis data, except for those that were not recovered and those that responded insincerely. The results of this study are as follows. First, most of the infant teachers had a positive perception of multimedia use in their perception of multimedia utilization. Second, a study on the status of multimedia utilization by infant teachers found that multimedia utilization is used more than multimedia except when it is used for a meeting with multimedia parents. Third, the results of studying job satisfaction among infant teachers showed that most infant teachers were highly satisfied with their duties. According to a study on job satisfaction based on the infant teacher's perception of multimedia utilization, the more positive the teacher's perception, the higher the job satisfaction level. According to a study on job satisfaction based on the status of multimedia use by infant teachers, the more teachers who use multimedia, the higher the job satisfaction level. It is important to have a positive perception of multimedia use by infant teachers through the results of this study, and to require the development and dissemination of various multimedia and programs in infant education institutions, and to ensure that the teacher's job satisfaction through the improvement of the teaching environment is enhanced so as to have a positive impact on infants. There is a limit to this study that the subjects of study are limited to infant teachers and that the criteria for multimedia are very broad. Research on multimedia utilization at home, multimedia perception by prospective infant teachers and teaching methods are needed by expanding the target to parents or prospective infant teachers that can affect infants. Research is also needed to find out which media will have a positive effect if the media is distributed to an infant education institution by examining which media is used a lot among various multimedia and what are the pros and cons of the media.
