This study explores that primitive elements such as death, regression, and alienation in Ki Hyeong-do's literary world are attributable to the guilt for femininity formed by sisterhood loss. The purpose of this study is to analyze the motif of the Ki Hyeong-do's literary world and to reveal its overall aspect by identifying the tragic worldview and the root of negativity in the literary world. The core of this study is the assumption of guilt for femininity as a factor that constitutes the tragic worldview of Ki Hyeong-do and the literary world of negativity. And it examines aspects of his literary world embodied therefrom. This will provide a new frame for analyzing malformations. To this end, this study psychologically analyzes the relationship between guilt for femininity and the tragic aspects of malformation. This is largely divided into three areas. First is the guilt for femininity. This study analyzes the process in which deformity incurs guilt for femininity. And the aspect of the work expressing self-consciousness embedded in the resulting death consciousness is considered. Ki Hyeong-do's childhood lost his sister by unethical masculinity and then formed a guilt for femininity. This aspect of the formation of guilt for femininity is studied by Herant Catchadourian theory, such as the survivor's guilt, and psychoanalytic concepts such as superego and id, projective identification. The guilt for femininity at birth is due to the loss of the sister. Ki Hyeong-do, who had a selfobject with her sister, formed a survivor's guilt from her sister's loss. In addition, the guilt for femininity is formed through the process of self-internalization of the perpetrator and projective identification of masculinity. And the guilt for femininity formed death consciousness in its instinctive realm, and the self inherent in death consciousness resulted in self-closing to internal space. The result is deepening in the negativity of death, sadness, and darkness. Second is the image of water as a feminine recovery device. This study analyzes the pattern of prototypical recovery of femininity of sister damaged by unethical males. The image of water is, for Ki Hyeong-do, a potential ritual that touches the childhood trauma of his sister's death, and is the result of sublimation. In Ki Hyeong-do, the image of water changes and develops in four stages with internal order. It is the fog as the point of death, a consciousness of death, the fog as a symbol of cleansing and regeneration, and the water as a hope image. On the one hand, the water image, combined with guilt, creates a structure that shows death, sadness, negative masculinity, or regresses to childhood. Third is masculinity as the intended object. The guilt for femininity formed from the dead sister is embodied not as a moral idea but as a principle of real life, and the result is not a tendency to detargeting women. And masculinity as the object intended by the superego is inevitably rejected or kept a distance to the object of observation. Including masculinity can result in psychological fears, hesitation, guilt, depression, and shame. This inevitably leads to a conflict of love, resulting in alienation and disconnection from the object. This is an intentional mechanism that differs from general homosexuality as a result of intentional and conscientious superego intervention. As a result, Ki Hyeong-do's literary world embodies the inner self of death, self returning to childhood, and self of alienation and disconnection. The guilt for femininity transfers its consciousness and instinctive death consciousness to the poetic self. In the process of purifying and regenerating the damaged femininity, the water image creates the structure of degeneration and returns the poetic self to childhood. In addition, masculinity replaced by the guilt of femininity causes the poetic self to experience alienation and disconnection because the conflict of love. As mentioned above, Ki Hyeong-do's literary world is the total form of the guilt for femininity formed by the loss of sister, and the guilt for femininity is the central driving factor leading the literary world. It is hoped that the research in the world of Ki Hyeong-do's literature based on this guilt for femininity can be a new frame of understanding of Ki Hyeong-do's literature from the existing research of father's absence or poverty
