Most of the IT services we use today are structured in a Server-client structure and are available to users in the form of Web or App through PC, Tablet, and Mobile. In the future, such IT services are expected to gradually increase the role of Mobile as a Client and increase the demand for Big Data operations such as real-time translation and object recognition. However, Mobile's computational capacity and data storage space have limitations to provide services that fit this situation, and it is desirable for the server to process Big Data computations. In addition to Big Data's server processing, future IT environments require low Latency support. Accordingly, a variety of studies are underway in the recently commercialized 5G. In fact, the largest share of the various Latency sources for 5G is the network area, mainly caused by the physical distance between the Client and Server, and 5G is considering Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) as a technology to reduce it. In this paper, MEC was first implemented in 5G commercial network, and as a result of measuring Network Latency, domestic servers showed a reduction in Latency by 42% and 84%, and additional 5G Air Interface Latency was also measured. This study will contribute to the discovery of new low Latency-based services provided by 5G and will help service providers wanting to utilize 5G. Furthermore, it will be expected to use to study reduced Latency in various areas in the future.
