The present study identified leading factors in AI based blockchain technology as a study on the acceptance of new technology and performance expectancy of Fintech companies. The present work is notable, with its theoretical frameworks using the Task-Technology Fit (TTF), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Careful literature review leaded to the conceptual framework, in which three task characteristic constructs of financial payment, financial analytics and financial platform as well as three technology characteristic constructs of security, economics and sustainability are expected to impact task-technology fit. Furthermore, task-technology fit was expected to have an effect on perceived usefulness, which in turn, hypothesized to impact performance expectancy and user acceptance. It was also hypothesized that performance expectancy is expected to impact user acceptance. A survey was conducted to evaluate the research hypotheses of the conceptual model. Structured measurement instrument was devised to measure ten constructs. Two hundreds and one hundred survey data were collected from South Korea and Israel. A series of scale refinement process was conducted to evaluate data normality, internal consistency, and common method bias. A factor analysis was performed to evaluate the structure of latent variables from item measures. Structural equation model analysis was performed to evaluate conceptual model and research hypotheses. The results indicated that, (1) economics and sustainability were found to be two significant predictors of task-technology fit, (2) task-technology fit was found to significantly impact perceived usefulness, (3) perceived usefulness had significant effect on performance expectancy, and (4) performance expectancy was found to be significant predictor of user acceptance. In addition, multiple-group analysis was conducted on the samples of Korean and Israel to identify any differences in the verification of research hypotheses. The results from the Israel sample indicate that, (1) effects of financial platform and sustainability on task-technology fit were found to be significant and (2) performance expectancy was significantly predictive of user acceptance. For the Korea sample, (1) the effect of economics was significantly predictive of task-technology fit and (2) performance expectancy was significantly influenced by perceived usefulness. Task-technology fit was significantly predictive of perceived usefulness for both Korea and Israel samples. Lastly, results from a series of one-way uni-variate analysis of variance conducted on ten constructs crossed with Korea and Israel sample indicated that, Israel sample scored the perception of financial platform, financial payment, financial analytics, security, perceived usefulness and performance expectancy significantly higher than Korea sample.
