In this study, the novel high efficiency nanobubble generation technique is introduced. The nanobubbles were generated by using cavitation and capillary method and the results were compared with them for each generation method. The concentration and the size of the nanobubbles were analyzed by Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) and the Zeta Potential of nanobubbles were measured for nanobubble stability. All experiments were conducted for 360 hours to examine the nanobubble stability. The results show that the concentration of nanobubble generated by using advanced capillary method were enhanced by 1.5 times compared to the sum of the number of nanobubbles for each cavitation and capillary method. For nanobubble stability, the nanobubbles produced by using capillary method were survived longer in solution compared to that of cavitation method. The nanobubbles produced by advanced capillary method were also shown good stability for a long time, which may be caused by nanobubbles mainly produced by using capillary method. In all cases, the generated nanobubbles showed unstable zeta potential value over time. This result may be caused that concentration of nanobubbles were not enough to measure zeta potential. It is expected that the newly developed generation technique can be utilized in various nanobubble generation and application fields.
