This study was investigated the needs of parents about support for siblings without disabilities of children with disabilities to parents who also raise children with and without disabilities children. The purpose of this approach is to explore ways to provide more practical and realistic support for siblings without disabilities. The subjects of this study were 126 parents who lived in Gyeongsang-do and raised their children with and without disabilities children. The survey was conducted on a Likert 5-point scale. Sibling relationships and program participation of without disabilities siblings were analyzed by frequency analysis and percentage. The F-test was performed for the needs of siblings without disabilities by age and the Scheffé ex post-test was used for the follow-up analysis. Independent sample t-tests were conducted to request support for siblings without disabilities by type of disability and birth order. The research results are as follows. First, siblings without disabilities usually ask their parents questions to get information about their brothers' disability and spend more than four hours a day with them. Most siblings without disabilities have never participated in support programs, because they do not know there are support programs. There were many short-term programs such as sports events and camps, and the participation paths were highly recommended by educational institutions of the brothers with disabilities. The program that siblings without disabilities hope to participate is an individual therapeutic education program, the program is expected to get along with the brothers with disabilities. Second, there was no difference in parents' needs for support for siblings without disabilities by birth order, but there was a significant difference in their needs by age and type of disability. Preschool have higher demands for community services and information support than for middle and high schools. In addition, there was a higher demand for disability knowledge and coping methods in the case of autism spectrum disorder than in the case of intellectual disability. In the follow-up studies, detailed research is needed for parents living in various regions, siblings without disabilities of various ages, and disability types in order to efficiently support the siblings without disabilities. In particular, it is necessary to seek in-depth and diverse opinions through interview studies. In addition, by reviewing the contents of the support of siblings without disabilities, it should be possible to provide appropriate and effective support for understanding and making positive adjustments to the brothers with disabilities, taking into account the development process and situation of siblings without disabilities.
