As the environment changes, people around the world are making a lot of efforts to enjoy a comfortable and rich life without hard labor. In addition to industrial development, much higher precision and cleanliness are required in the fields of precision electronics, semiconductor, cosmetics, medicine, pharmaceutical. As a result, people have made constant efforts to make water much cleaner. Ultra pure water is water that is required throughout the industry, not in any specific sector. In particular, ultra pure water used in semiconductors must be upgraded as the semiconductor production technology is maximized. Particularly, the process requires ultra pure water with heavy metal concentrations of at least 10 ppm, and it is necessary to produce limit ultra pure water with heavy metal concentrations of 10ppt or less in the future through further development. In addition, pharmaceutical companies use ultra pure water as a basic substance to analyze protein components and remove them to find cancer cell proliferation, which is difficult to identify with the naked eyes and find out of which the cancer cells are made. In particular, Korea is a country that recycles water as a country of water stress. In the past, water was used without permission, and the wastewater used went into the sea as it was, polluting the marine ecosystem and killing various kinds of fish. In addition, highly dependent on rivers, lakes, dams, etc., Korea spends a great deal of money to dispose of many harmful substances flowing into rivers by using them as water sources. The ultra pure water equipment uses various methods to produce treated water. River water, water, underground water, tap water, rain water, seawater and purified wastewater, which are primary water, are used and the treatment method varies depending on the type of water. Of above water, river water, underground water and rainwater are used as home drinking water or water using sand, gravel, activated carbon, water purification plant through the precipitation and pre-treatment processes, and various chemicals such as chlorine and hydrogen peroxide are used in this purification process. Pre-processed water is supplied to homes, food, pharmaceuticals and multi-facilities, and raw water is used for the pure water or ultra pure water equipment. After several steps of water treatment, wastewater is used as secondary water in ultra pure water using micro filter or distillation. Wastewater is used as industrial water through pre-treatment by adding caustic soda, limestone, hydrogen peroxide, etc., depending on the toxic substance contained. In seawater purification technology, there are no high-efficiency, low-power, and low-cost devices yet, but treated water is being made in various ways. Salt concentration, electrolysis and pyrolysis distillation methods are used for primary seawater, and the pure water manufacturing technology to apply reverse osmosis technology for separation has been used for 40 years. With the development of analytical methods and the diversity of ways of using treated water, the water treatment capacity is greatly improved. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to establish a separation method for each water grade and to establish the characteristics used for each function. As of 2017, the most widely used decomposition method is the primary process of ultra pure water system, which uses a micro filter and activated charcoal filter as a basis, absorbs ion exchange resin and uses Electrodeionization(EDI) System using electricity and Membrane Vessel using a reverse osmosis device and sets the size and shape differently depending on flow rate and processing capacity. This depends on used water as shown in Table 1. For example, the Cosmetic device is made of different materials according to the Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP), the pure water of the pharmaceutical part is designed according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) to configure the system, the equipment of semiconductor companies, semiconductor equipment cleaning companies, chemical companies, etc. should be designed without using STS (Stainless Steel) material as much as possible, and the ultra pure water equipment for analysis should have the highest level. In particular, it is necessary to change the material specifications for the equipment such as metal and nonmetal according to the use of treated water. As explained, equipment type changes according to the usage method, materials also change according to the purpose and equipment configuration changes according to regulations, so we are to explain and summarize it. Drinking water contains a variety of chemicals. Metal ions such as copper, iron, and calcium exist in the form of salts or oxides, and gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide in the air are also dissolved. This is because the gases in the air are dissolved in water, and the various elements contained in the crust are naturally contained in water. Among them, heavy metals and organic matters are filtered during the purification process. In particular, the solid ingredients in drinking water should be invisible because drinking any water causes no health problems, but drinkers may have a rejection when they see it visually. The degree of turbidity of drinking water is determined by measuring the scattering of light generated from the solid components present in the water. The amount of solid component can be determined by lighting the water and measuring the amount of light scattered from water in the direction perpendicular (90°) to the lighting direction. If there is no solid component in the water that can scatter light, light scattering will not occur. If there is a solid component, however, the light scattered will also increase in proportion to its amount. Water is a substance that accounts for 70% of the human body weight. Although common, it is one of the most mysterious materials. A device that measures turbidity is called Nephelometer. In Korea, water with a turbidity of less than 0.5 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Unit) is to be supplied as tap water. Common ions in water are calcium and magnesium ions. When the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions dissolved in water exceeds 270 ppm (mg/L), it is called hard water, and water below 60 ppm is called soft water. The standard of drinking water is about 300 ppm or less. The water analysis table attached to a mineral water bottle on the market contains calcium and magnesium ions with a lower concentration than the standard of soft water. Water produced in limestone areas, such as in Europe, generally has a high ion concentration. The chemical components contained in water are also important, but what is more concerned is the presence of pathogens. Except for some highly toxic chemicals, drinking water contaminated with chemicals gives a warning signal to health after a long period of time. However, drinking water contaminated with germs, including bacteria, is an immediate threat and fatal in some cases. The types of water and the classification of treatment are various. In this study, we have studied a device that can dramatically take care of the treatment process according to use, and started the following study in order to focus on the easy and low-cost treatment of treated water through various methods. 1. In order to treat heavy metals and metal materials up to ppt unit, the precipitation method, microfilter reverse osmosis and electrodeposition alone, are not enough and can not save enormous expense. We studied the method of separating limestone and organic materials by electro-adsorption with electrolysis method through titanium alloy of the primary direct current low current and verified the seasonal effect. 2. General nickel gauss magnets have a limitation in adsorbing Fe and are made of nickel, creating a secondary pollution source. We changed it to rare earth gauss and studied a method of blocking metallic materials by using a polypropylene (PP) material with thin chemical resistance and verified this effect. 3. Using the method of 2, the research was carried out to study the configuration of cosmetics and pharmaceutical equipment and extend the period of use. 4. We have also studied a method of treating metal and non-metal materials that are lethal to semiconductors up to 10 ppt unit and proved its efficiency. Finally, we focused the research on securing the competitiveness due to the extension of important consumables. 5. We are to study the treatment order and the use of each equipment according to the ultra pure water equipment configuration and to prove the clarity in the treatment method.
