Traditional Mingrixue, which is rooted in yin-yang and five action theory, is a treasure trove of oriental wisdom with a traditional way of thinking and notion of values that grew and developed in ancient folk culture, although it was not incorporated into the academic area. After the East Han dynasty, traditional Mingrixue made its way to the contemporary modern period with a new theoretical model of destiny after the emergence of Xuzhiping. In this paper, I will attempt to reinterpret the meaning of Yongsin in Shenxiaozhan's 『Zhipingzhenquan』using with the methodology of epidemiological thinking that operates through the relationship between yin-yang and the five elements in the period of the new theory called ‘Zhipingxue’. First of all, traditional Mingrixue was conceived as rationalism sprang from religious notions expressed through the divination of the Yin and the Zhou dynasties. We look at the historical background of the period of the old theory from the East Han dynasty era to the end of the Five dynasties and the period when traditional Mingrixue was equipped with a standard model through Xuzhiping. This paper pays attention to the principles of neutralization and the theory of unity between heaven and humankind throughout the ages. Shenxiaozhan's 『Zhipingzhenquan』 analyzes all seven letters related to the day based on the month.『Qiongtongbaojian』 is analyzes from the viewpoint of cold, warmth, dryness, and humidity, while, 『Zhipingzhenquan』 is analyzed based on a person's fortune. The analysis of fate will be completely different if any of the steps in analyzing a naming are taken out of reason. The philosophy of epidemiology included in each stage of this process is the realization of the ancient ways of thinking and traditional cultural spirit and is associated with the idea of unity.
