The aviation service industry is increasingly competitive to improve business performance through improved service quality from the cabin crew. The study was conducted on the premise that the Airline cabin crew's ethical management would affect the intention to stay of cabin crew required to produce differentiated service quality and create higher organizational trust. This study sought to verify the impact of ethical management perceived by cabin crew on organizational trust and long-term employment intention to secure loyal customers, which are the airlines' final goal. This study analyzed the flight attendants' perception of ethical management influences long-term employment intention focused on organizational trust's mediating effect. A total of 300 copies of the survey were used for analysis by questionnaire methods from the cabin crew of FSC(Full Service Carrier) and LCC(Low-Cost Carrier). The data processing was validated using the regression method using the statistical program SPSS17.0. These analysis results are as follows; First, it has been confirmed that the airline cabin crew's ethical management had a significant positive effect on long-term serviceability. Second, it has been confirmed that the airline cabin crew's ethical management had a significant positive impact on organizational trust. Third, organizational trust has been established to have had a statistically significant effect on long-term serviceability. Finally, it was found that the organizational trust between ethical management and the degree of long-term service was partially mediated. These findings show that the practice and improvement strategy of ethical management based on organizational trust is essential to increase the serviceability of long-term employees who can efficiently secure loyal customers, which is the airlines' final goal. Suppose ethical management practices based on trust relationships are carried out. In that case, it can be expected that all members will be willing to devote themselves to achieving organizational goals and that members' turnover will naturally decrease. This suggests that a more specific and systematic re-establishment of ethical management is necessary as ethical management based on the recognition of cabin crew members can increase the intention to stay, contributing to loyal customers and corporate development.
