This is a study on the creative process of , a dance work created based on the theoretical analysis of circles, such as morphology, symbolism, and conceptual analysis of circles. This work was created based on the question of what the researcher thinks about the new perspective on the circle and how to newly implement the symbolic image of the circle to give it differentiation. It is a work composed by applying the 'Eternal Recur' among Nietzsche's philosophical theory as an expanded idea of the original and conceptual motives. All creative processes of work creation were recorded through physical data, and the experience process through practice and the intervention of the choreographer. The purpose of this study is to create all data such as tuning, analyze the process closely, and use it as the main data for research. Based on a valid logical basis, the concept of Circle was derived as a dance work using a practical technique-based research method. In addition, through an experiment that tries to create conceptual artistic choreography by applying the motive of Eternal Recur, which is the developed idea of Circle, to the work, I focused on expressing a deep inner depth of human life beyond the simple image expression of the concept in the circle. 〈CHRON〉 clearly presents the intention of the choreographer with in the voluntary and spontaneous structure of the dancer, describes how the intention of the choreographer is intervened in the creative process and the process of subjectively completing the work, and describes the entire process of creation and research, and thus, it is believed that it contributed to overcoming the limitations of the theoretical research. For the positive effect of the study, the results were derived using the following research methods. First, a choreography note was recorded that included the entire process of the work, from the stage of planning, preparing, and constructing the work to practice (creation process), performance (results), and evaluation (analysis). The choreography note can produce reliable data only by understanding the context in which the work is performed in the dance creation field. Through this choreography note, by sharing information with research, knowledge, and dancers, the creation valuation and creation method, cooperative creation, communication function as a means of task are performed. In addition, the person who dances at the stage of the creative process can directly experience the mind that is directly experienced by performing the somatic data research method that is widely used in phenomenology and body science, which is described from the first perspective through his own experience. Since the body and mind could be identified from an integrated perspective, the researcher's own unique physical experience could be revealed. Second, in the research design, the concept of the circle, which is the research subject of the work, the symbolic meanings of the circle, which is an expanded idea, and the theoretical concept and background of Nietzsche's philosophical thought 'Eternal Recur' are studied through literature review. The concept of the circle was investigated through various data and literature, such as the symbolic meaning of the circle in philosophy, the religious symbolism of the circle, and the analysis of works using the symbolic use of the circle in other art fields. 'Eternal Recur' was searched and analyzed from Nietzsche's philosophical books. In addition, the concept of creation and recording of dance data of practical skill-based research method was explored and put into practice, and the creation process of the work was carefully recorded and analyzed, and used as important data for the study of the creation of the work. Third, the idea expanded as a motive is a conceptual dance with its direction in conceptual art, and a study to derive and define the result in a choreographer's own way of seeing a variety of creative methodologies as conceptual dance, and to derive conceptual dance results in which the creative process and ideas become works was implemented. In other words, as a new dance creation method, my conceptual dance choreography creation methodology was able to differentiate the concept of circle as a new dance work , and a follow-up study on the conceptual dance choreography creation methodology is expected in the future.
