The rapid development of the economic industry has led to the large-scale and super-high-rise of building structures, and a significant change in construction production activities. The compressive strength of concrete applied to these structures is typically about 450–500 kgf/cm2, and for 100 stories or more, ultra-high strength concrete of 800–1,000 kgf/cm2 is used at construction sites. The mechanical properties of high-strength concrete are already well known, but measures for temperature cracks caused by hydration heat are insufficient due to the application of cracks caused by magnetic shrinkage and drying shrinkage or large-scale members. Therefore, in this study, we developed a Fluosilicate Salt Based Waterlight Crack-Reducing Agent (F-WCA), which can improve the water tightness of concrete, crack reduction, facilitation neutralization, and freezing resistance, and applied it to cement paste to evaluate chemical properties. The results are as follows.(1) F-SBA for high strength concrete (40MPa, 50MPa, 70MPa) was developed to improve water tightness, crack reduction and durability using fluorosilicate and metal salts.(2) As a result of evaluating the performance against slump loss and setting time by applying the developed F-SBA to a cement paste, it was found that the slump loss increased and the setting time was delayed as the amount of addition increased. The addition of 0.5wt% and 1.0wt% of F-SBA was found to be the best in reducing heat of hydration.(3) As a result of adding F-SBA to the mortar by mixing strength (40MPa, 50MPa, 70MPa), it was found that the higher the addition rate, the lower the flow and the amount of air and the longer the setting time. In addition, it was found that the compressive strength increased as the addition rate increased from the 7th day of age. In the absorption coefficient evaluation, regardless of the mixing strength, there was a tendency to decrease at an addition rate of 0.75wt% or less, and a similar tendency was observed in the total void volume and porosity, and it was judged that the optimal addition rate of F-SBA was 0.5 wt%.(4) The addition of 0.5 wt% F-SBA to concrete by mixing strength (40MPa, 50MPa, 70MPa) showed significant reduction in air gap rate, work volume, work area, water absorption coefficient and pitching cost compared to concrete. In addition, the results of evaluating cracks caused by plastic shrinkage and dry shrinkage showed that the number of cracks, crack area, and length were reduced from at least 52% to at least 85% when adding F-SBA.(5) In the concrete by mixing strength (40MPa, 50MPa, 70MPa), the test specimen was not neutralized by 0.5 wt% F-SBA addition, and the relative coefficient of homotropic elasticity was evaluated for 300 cycles, which showed slight improvement in freeze melting resistance.(6) The application of F-SBA to high-strength concrete confirmed the practicality of F-SBA by improving durability, such as improving water density, reducing crack generation, and improving promotion neutralization and freeze melting resistance.
