장애형제를 둔 비장애아동의 스트레스가 행복감에 미치는 영향 : 부모의 양육태도 매개효과를 중심으로 The Effect of Stress on the Happiness of Non-Disabled Children with Disabled Siblings -Focusing on the mediating effects of parenting attitudes of parents-원문보기

The study looked at the mediating effects of parenting attitudes on the effects of stress on the happiness of non-disabled children with disabled siblings in elementary school. To this end, a survey was conducted on the non-disabled siblings of the disabled, who are using the special school in S-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, the treatment center, the welfare center for the disabled, the parents’ association for the disabled, and the welfare center for the disabled. This study analyzed the data of 93 people by distributeing 180 copies including online questionnaires. The measurement tool used the parents’ parenting attitudes that the child perceives, the happiness questionnaires, and the stress measures of the non-disabled siblings. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 21, frequency analysis was performed to check general characteristics, and independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed to verify research problems. Correlation analysis was performed to determine the correlation of each variable. Hierarchical analysis was conducted to confirm the mediating effects of parenting attitudes on the effects of stress on the happiness of non-disabled children with disabled siblings and verified the mediating path through the Sobel Test. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the result of the difference verification according to the general characteristics showed that children with non-disabled siblings’ gender-sensitive attitudes were autonomous. achievement- wise, and significant differences in friendship and family environment. And girls were higher than boys in both the parenting attitude and happiness of parents who were non-disabled children. There were significant differences in the parenting attitude, stress, and happiness of children base on their birth relationship with disabled siblings. They all have disabled siblings as their siblings, and when non-disabled children are their superiors, they are affectionately aware of their parents’ parenting attitudes, and they feel happier when they are their superiors in their relationships with friends and family environments. There were significant differences in stress according to the birth order, parenting attitude and happiness, and the first child was found to be happier than the second child in friendship. There were significant differences in stress, parenting attitude, and happiness depending on the type of disability. Second, happiness and stress were found to have a significant negative correlation in the correlation of parental attitudes, stress, and happiness in which non-disabled children with siblings with disabilities are perceived. There was a significant static correlation between the parameter parenting attitude and its sub-factors, the love dimension, the autonomous dimension, the achievement dimension, and the rational dimension. Parenting attitudes, which are parameters, and stress, which are independent variables, are found to have a significant negative correlation. Third, the results of the analysis of the mediated effect with parenting attitude in the relationship between stress and happiness caused by the disabled children with siblings with disabilities showed that stress has a significant impact on happiness. And, in the relationship between stress and happiness, parenting attitudes have a partial mediating effect. This study shows that the attitude of parenting perceived by non-disabled children is an important factor affecting the child’s happiness.
